Democracy At Stake

There is a table in the court room, on which is the hammer of the judge of the court.

Even during the political crisis of 1973-76, the opposition did not drag the Judiciary into politics, there was a period when Indira Gandhi was the Prime Minister of India and AN Ray was the Chief Justice of India (CJI), it was considered Indira's choice. Some senior judges of the time were also in support of the removal of the CJI. But the opposition never dragged the CJI into politics and demanded his removal.

When the four justices of India were meeting with the media, a mockery was being made on the Indian Judicial System, even though their mindset was right, they had appeared before the public against injustice, but the way they did Adopt this was not right from anywhere, and what did he present in front of the media? Just started a series of allegations and politics.

People are everything, so people have been winning Modi Ji continuously, then some people start beating the drum of intellectualism. Lalu, Sahabuddin, or Sakshi Maharaj are the people behind everyone, so why did they come in front of the media when there were many other options.

Now, against whom the judgment will be taken, they will say that there is a flaw in the Judicial system itself. The generations to come will suffer what the 4 senior judges did. Today we are living in an era where the media has become the judge and the judge is the media!
